What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom promotional products?
MOQ varies for different items. Most custom‑printed promotional goods start at 100 units. Some stock‑ready blank items support small‑batch orders. Contact us for exact MOQ for your target product.
Can I get a sample before placing bulk order?
Yes, pre‑production samples are available. Sample cost and courier freight will be charged, and sample fee can be partially refunded upon large‑volume formal order.
What file format do you need for my brand logo / artwork?
Vector files such as AI, PDF, EPS are preferred for clear printing. High‑resolution PNG / JPG (300DPI) is also acceptable. Blurry low‑pixel pictures cannot guarantee printing effect.
How long is the production & lead time?
Standard production cycle is 15‑25 working days after logo & order details are confirmed. Rush order service is available upon request with extra cost. Shipping time depends on your chosen delivery method.
What printing & customization options do you offer?
